Cookies are made in a kitchen with known allergens including but not limited to: eggs, milk, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts.

Your order will be booked and added to my calendar once full payment is received.

I can offer a refund for 24 hours after payment is received. After that time, the order will be non-refundable. If I must cancel an order due to an emergency, a full refund will be issued.

Change requests are allowed up to 14 days prior to your order pickup date. After that date, all change requests will be under consideration.

Any order not picked up at the agreed upon pickup time without communication will be forfeited and donated to a local shelter. If you need to reschedule your pickup date or time, please reach out 3 days prior to your scheduled date to arrange something.

Please check your cookies upon receiving them. Once you have left with your order, you assume complete responsibility. Keep the packaging level while transporting to minimize the cookies from shifting.

Cookie designs will vary slightly due to the handmade nature of them.
Cookies are fragile, so please handle them carefully.
Each cookie is individually heat-sealed in a food-safe plastic bag to maintain freshness and is laeled with ingredients per Minnesota Cottage Foods laws.
Cookies will stay fresh at room temperature in an airtight container for at least 10 days.
Do not place cookies in the refrigerator as this will dry them out.
Cookies may be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Thawing instructions will be provided at the time of pickup.

Sassyfras reserves the right to use all photographs, video, and other content of the custom order for advertising purposes. No photos will be shared on social media prior to your event date.
